Fujifilm X-T4 vs X-H1

The X-T4 leads on more headline specs, but the X-H1 counters on price and size.

The short version

The Fujifilm X-T4 and Fujifilm X-H1 are Fujifilm APS-C bodies from different lines — the X-T and the X-H. The X-T4 is the newer of the two, arriving in 2020. At launch the X-T4 was $1,699 and the X-H1 $1,899, making the X-T4 the more affordable of the two.

On paper the X-T4 is the stronger body of the two. It gives you 26.1 MP of resolution, 15 fps continuous shooting, and face/eye-detection AF, with a few smaller wins on top of that.

The X-H1 can't match those numbers. What it has going for it is a lower price, a smaller footprint, or just being the body you'd rather carry.

So which one? If you want 26.1 MP of resolution, get the X-T4. If the simpler, cheaper option is closer to what you actually need, the X-H1 is the smarter buy. And the X-T4 costs less — $1,699 at launch.
