Fujifilm X-A7 vs XF10

The X-A7 leads on more headline specs, but the XF10 counters on a lighter 279 g body.

The short version

The Fujifilm X-A7 and Fujifilm XF10 are Fujifilm APS-C bodies from different lines — the X-A and the XF10. The X-A7 is the newer of the two, arriving in 2019. At launch the X-A7 was $699 and the XF10 $499, making the XF10 the more affordable of the two.

On paper the X-A7 is the stronger body of the two. It gives you 4K/30p video and 440-shot battery life.

The XF10 isn't far behind. It hits back with a lighter 279 g body.

So which one? If you want 4K/30p video, get the X-A7. If a lighter 279 g body is closer to what you actually need, the XF10 is the smarter buy. And the XF10 costs less — $499 at launch.
